Your profile shows you have lost approx 80 lbs in a bit over a year. Can I ask how mych is in your band? I've lost but have stopped and have never had resyricted feelings so I eat way too much. But if I was where you are after a year I'd be psyched!! What is a typical day for you? Food/exercise

nectar chocolate Truffle 25 g protein and 100 cal per 8 oz serving

Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate and GNC Total Lean Vanilla Bean...yum!

I use Isopure Dutch chocolate low carb or vanilla no carb. I look forward to both! :)
