  2. Well ladies Skinny Sexin is better. By 4 days post op I was trying it. Lol Day 5 sexy dancing. Day 27 sounds like a Marathon but its my 27 post op day. With lots of D. Honey (no calories).

  6. Hang in there Rachel every day gets better. It s difficult in the beginning. I cried in the 2nd week. I mourned my favorite food. My DH even annoyed me too at meal time. I was Moody. But that feeling has faded I will soon be 4 weeks out and I look forward to cooking for my family and myself. I don't crave their food either. I would say what you are experiencing is normal. Keep up the hard work that you are putting in because hard work pays off. Meaning getting in your fluids and protein shakes. At 3 weeks out I treated myself to some pretty nail polish. Maybe treat yourself. Congrats on your surgery.

  8. Hi I'm 26 days out and things are good. 1. Went to the movies and no craving for my old Favorite movie popcorn. 2. Sexin is better 3. Walking without being short of breath 4. My Dh joined me in the no popcorn at the movies we still had fun. 5. Cooking for the family is bringing us closer. I thought at first I'd never join my family For meal time. Now I cook mine separate and no one questions me. We are happy. It is a healing process. 6. Went from a 22w to a regular 18. Hang in there new Sleevers it gets better. Blessing to all who are on this Journey.
  9. I'm 25 days out and I see a difference. Yay 1. Can walk distance without being winded. 2. Sexin. is better 3. Went from a 22w clothes to a regular 18! 4. Have not cheated or have serious cravings. I do wish that I'd done this sooner.
  10. I'm proud of you for making excellent choices career wise and health. Congrats To you. I have to say IMO plan a time when you have a spring or summer break for healing time since you don't want to chance getting removed from nursing school. But you have to decide that one. Good luck
  11. Congrats. I like Syntax Nectar I tried chocolate truffle it's good. Premier protein I liked before surgery but too sweet afterwards. I could not tolerate the premier protein. I agree try them first. Because your taste buds and tolerance may be different than pre surgery.

  14. I'm vitamin D deficient and was afraid to get back taking capsules at first. Not sure if it was ok. Later plan to look for Vit D drops?
  15. I've ate it and like it cottage cheese for the first time. 1/2 cup 1% 14 grams of protein. Yay
