Protein bars
Good subject. The idea of protein bars has cross my mind. But my question is when do you start. I feel I'm too early out. I'm 7 weeks out. I'm tired out my current protein shake as well.

Your BEST NSV to date!
My special order work clothes got picked up. They were a size 3x. So on the way to work I had to change 3 times because even the xl were too large that had recently bought til I picked up my uniforms. From a 3x to a loose Xl. Yay Not bad for 7 weeks. Woohoo

Sleeved this coming friday !
My 5 year old inspired me the most to do this surgery. I wanted to see him get married and be a Grandma to his children as well as the others. Let alone take him for walks to the park and go on his school trips. You must remind yourself of why you are doing this Surgery. And it so nice your Hubby is going with you. Good luck wishing you a speedy Recovery!

Sleeved this coming friday !
Cosmetic Surgery? No this is about your Health end of the Story. If a person needed Heart Surgery they get it. If they have a broken arm they get it fixed. There is a need to be sensitive to your immediate family , children and explain it in such a way but don't let it deter you from accomplishing your goals. I have 5 boys and not all gave their full support but everyone has adjusted more importantly I have.

Nearly 8 weeks post op
Sleeve February 27th too. Yay. SW 266 today 232. 34lbs down I am a slow looser. I thought the weight will fall off like it did in the beginning. But I also was not exercising and I was eating slider foods like cracker and peanut butter daily Not getting enough water. I take my protein though. But I am not UnHappy about the weight loss. Looking at the positive I look good to me compared to 266lbs. From a 3x to a XL. Yay

Help. I cheated
Don't tell anyone but I had a small food funeral 1 week before Surgery! Lol You will be just fine. Let it go. That is why we had or will getting this Surgery is because we need this tool and help. Now loose the guilt and start again. We will be here to support you too. But Really just Relax. Good luck and wishing you a speedy Recovery!

Post op and sweets
Oh it also happened to me at a grocery store with Splenda. It was more severe, thought I would passed out in the bathroom. Now however 7.5 weeks out I can tolerate a little Splenda but not certain shakes or sweets.

Post op and sweets
Premier protein shakes does that to me. Early out i had my hubby drive me to Sams club for the shake. i open one in the car drank some and I got a dizziness that lasted a few hours. Seriously also the cramping and off to the bathroom. I don't handle the sugar well. I couldn't even do Splenda the first week or so. So no desire for sweets for me. Funny I use to be a Sugar-Addict.
