  3. Hi 40lbs in the first month is a lot to loose In a month. I think I lost 15lbs. I say just keep positive and focus on hydration and keep telling your positive story. Don't let the scale disappointed you. Since i just recently I broke long stall by 7 pounds! Be prepared to hit those stalls too. While Your body is adjusting you will loose inches first! And more importantly your body is working to keep you in good health with healing from major surgery.

  7. Shout out to having to spend an entire shift holding up my recently bought work pants from hitting the floor. In that case i gotta remember to wear sexy undies so I would not Be to embarrassed encase my pants do fall. Lol
  8. I m 49 soon and sleeve 2/27 I've lost 43 pounds but I'm changing sizes and loosing inches. I went from 22/24 down to 12/14 top and 16 pants. I'm slower but I'm looking at lasting results. Funny story at work I had to hold up my extra large pant. That great . But got remember to wear my sexy underwear for when they fall. Lol

  16. I try to keep my carbs down too. I eat meat cheese cottage cheese. I feel guilty eating Carmel calcium cheese. I did slip and taste some Icing this weekend but didn't continue.

  20. I ve lost weight in the Boob area. This is after loosing 40lbs. Definitely want to do a Lift and augmentation after or close to goal. But I didn't expect be deflated so soon. Started with 44DD and now?
  21. I caint say for sure the exact time for anyone else. Everyone vary in the type of job and their personal recovery. But since its Major Surgery factor recovery time based on your job requirement and your physician can best advise you. Like some people at a desk job have literally taken off a week. I took off 7 weeks do to the lifting requirement of my job and other non related medical issues.

  23. My hair is thin in the middle and really dull. I had hair lost on and off for sometime now between postpartum s and a knee surgery. But this seem Different and super dull.
