I am so frustrated with trying to get my carb levels down my doctor recommends 60-80g carbs per day but it does not specify how I'm suppose to keep them that low. I am using Lose It! App to track my food intake. I know many of you use My Fitness Pal and maybe the tracking is different on that App. I know many of you say you keep your carbs as low as 40g a day or I have even heard 10g a day. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? For example did you know that one little apple has 25g carbs?? So what are you guys out there eating- MEAT only!? No fruits or veggies or whole grains?
I am just so scared I am going to fail at this :,(! I have not had a single "bad carb" for months so i know my high carb levels are not from that. Oh and my protein levels are fine usually 70g or more a day. What am I doing wrong? Are you fellow sleevers not counting the good carbs in the total carb count or what??
