Any Tennessee Sleevers Out There?
The lowest weight I got down to and that was on my anniversary of surgery was 186. My weight keeps fluctuating all the way too 200. I run and take classes at my gym. I know I'm struggling with my water again. And not always eating right

Dear Veterans, has your hunger returned?
I'm noticing getting back to basics has helped me. I'm drinking my protein shakes. I made ground chuck hamburgers. I eat them without the bread. I could feel being full again. It lasted a little longer. But I have noticed also wanting to eat every few hrs. I fight hard the urge. And try to drink water. But it's a true fight

Who said your being mean. I'm simply asking a question. And I don't need rules read to me on how I need to act when I'm asking a question

Dear Veterans, has your hunger returned?
I'm glad I found this thread. I feel I sometimes can't control my hunger. I'm eating way too much. Sometimes it's protein bars. But too many. I'm 17months out. I feel I'll never meet goal. I've gains 13lbs since my 1yr anniversary. And this is hitting the gym all the time. I know it's food. It's always about food

Rosie odonnell
Whatever like I said it's an observation. I know the diet that I had to be on before surgery was 18-20 lbs. it's just sad that she's only lost 40 in 7 months
-
Rosie odonnell
The only point I was in 7 months to lose 40 is not a lot. As you get closer to 8-12 months it's very hard to lose big numbers. Knowing from experience.

Yea they said the sleeve. They showed the procedure.

Rosie odonnell
So I see Rosie Odonnell had the sleeve done. I was surprised she hasn't lost that much weight, 40lbs. They say the surgery was like in July of last year? I don't know. In how successful this surgery is she would have better numbers.

I also at this stage was sick of protein drinks. I ate eggs. Cheese made me very sick. I had the sweats and dumping from that. It's mostly trial and error. But the told me to start walking and I just did a little at a time

My doctor never really gave me restrictions. I simply started walking in the treadmill. Slow but kept going
