Things that make you go hmmmmmm
That is the reason why I don't explain my surgery to others only when I think it will benefit them. Then on the 1 occasion that I did I educated them to the point where the might join us. This Sleeve Surgery was a great decision. Lowered my blood pressure faster than All the herbal or Natural stuff I ever tried. Plus the hcg diet didn't work. Lol

Food tastes yucky
Totally normal. At 4.5 months out I don't like sweets, bread, pasta and more. But it's not a lost because I didn't need them anyway. But everyone is different. Your taste buds will improve.

Any regrets?
No regrets. and I agree with others I wished I'd done this sooner. My family member is struggling with borderline high blood pressure but, mine has improved from 170/100 to 109/72 or lower since my sleeve and I love it. I only pray for my family member and I have inspired them to eat better and exercise.

Wow! That's fantastic. Congrats- Frustrated with pain
I would say yes I had some discomfort like that when I get full but mildly. But for the past month it's been better I just avoid being too full now. Glad your seeing your physician they can run test. That's the best thing for you is a professional opinion. And please continue following up too. Good luck- On my way to the hospital!
Praying that you have an easy surgery and a speedy recovery!- stall and weight gain?!
Yea, it's the infamous 3week stall. Happens to many of us. Just stay with the plan. Try my fitness pal where you chart your food intake stay accountable. Relax, and get your water and protein in. Try or continue your exercise routine whatever you been cleared to do by you physician. Good luck- 5 Positive improvements since being sleeved
Good question Maybe some one can chime in but skinny sex is a term we coined here. For me, At my heaviest I couldn't get in certain positions like on top etc. Now my libido is higher and I'm less tired with 60lbs loss. Hope some one else will answer your question too with their opinion.- SCARED....
I absolutely don't miss my old habits or food. I'm satisfied. But what I got is 1. Blood pressure from 170/100 to 109/72 sometimes lower. 2. Loss 60lbs in 4 months 3. No more meds for migraine headaches, knee pain. Frequent trips to the bathroom. Gone! I just posted this under another thread. But I love my sleeve! I couldnt really buy better health and a normal blood pressure! Thanks to the sleeve I got it. Good luck- Calories....
Sound you are doing an Awesome Job! Woohoo I get between 800-1000 calories I'm 4.5 months out. Congrats- Hungry all the time?
Some days my appetite is pretty high and some day I have very little appetite. I do agree that some times hunger could be excess acid and A PPI does help. Good luck - 3mths Out
