  2. I did have that issue related to back problem unrelated/ before the weight loss. Back pain and sciatica nerve problem. I say foot drop should be report to your physician. Along with other related symptoms you may have. Your physician will be able to best advise you. And follow you up.

  7. Yea, when I hit a stall I find that I'm loosing inches and after some stalls i have still gone down in a size as well. Be encouraged. Stalls happens and the body is re adjusting. Good luck
  8. I just played my DH in a game of basketball. Usually I stand there and throw the ball at the basket and then quit. Not this Time I actually out ran him for the ball after he missed a shot and beat him to the ball. And played a whole game Wow. Thats what 60lbs lost have done for me. Yay. My Blood pressure went from 170/100 to 109/72 or better. Oh, At 4.5 months out i too can now do everything on your list except buy any bracelet out the case. Lol Caint wait for more Skinny sex! Get to Goal.

  10. You should call them and they will let you know. I was told I could take every thing but NSAID medications. Like Motrin which could possibly cause problems for the sleeve. Per my physicians.
  11. It depends on how your body is recovering and what type of job you do. I had a heavy Lifting type job and took off 6 weeks. Wishing you speedy recovery. Good luck

  19. I have been off red meat for approx. helping my DH to eat better and I plan to go mostly Raw with green drinks after I reach goal.
