Stall

I hit a stall! It's frustrating. It hasn't been stalled for too long, but I've only dropped about a pound in about a week and a half. Is that normal? I'm about 5 weeks out now...

No worries, girl, it is absolutely normal. Just about everyone hits a stall between 3-5 weeks. Your body is going through a huge adjustment period and starting to stabilize a bit. Be patient, I promise it will pass soon. In the meantime, make sure you are also taking your measurements, because while you may not be losing pounds, you could very well still be losing inches.
