  1. I recently had a virus and had an hour long vomiting session. 4.5months was the first real time of this happening too. I ended up drinking herbal teas and feel better. But I hope you see a physician to get professional answers and let us know the update. Hope you feel better soon.
  2. Sugar free Popsicles a favorite of mine. For protein Isopure protein has several flavors.
  3. Praying for all you who are soon to be sleeved. Congrats on your upcoming surgery.
  4. I think get it checked out way before Monday. Some infection get bad fast. Best of luck
  5. I'm 4.5 months out and off My medications for my knees, and migraine headaches. Most importantly my Blood pressure went from 170/100 to 109/72 sometimes lower. I've said this before but it miraculous to me. I Love my sleeve!
  6. I take a sleep aide some nights that mostly herbal. Even a OTC tea. Called sleepytime. I regularly get up at around 2am since surgery.
  7. Last Saturday for 1 good hour. And it was awful And painful. I had the stomach flu. I'm 4.5 months. Different after Surgery. Something to avoid if possible.

  10. Hi Sweetpee, That's for sharing. What did the 9600 cover. I need a TT and BL with Augmentation. Possibly lipo and fat transfer buttock too. Lol for starters
  11. Yea, I agree that If I don't get my shakes in the scale don't moved. I prefer Nectar Syntax. Also I have less energy too. So shakes it is. My Nut told me to use them for the first year!

  14. First, I'm sorry that you experienced that. Yes, many people physicians too are not supportive of WLS period. My own physician did sign off but said serval things That was not supportive to me like. "I never had a patient who had WLS, and besides most people Gain it all back anyway." That was not an encouraging thing to say. What the heck, but he did sign. My Surgeon wanted me to find another physician. Now that i had my surgery i am happy to report that my blood pressure has went from170/100 to 109/72 sometimes lower. Guess what, I would have been dependent on him and or medication the rest of my life without this Surgery! So, be encouraged today. You have to advocate for your self even finding a physician who will sign off. You are not alone but you do have Courage. Good luck!

  19. I must say that this site have literally been to me what my own best friend couldn't do. I love my sleeve. I found this forum. and people to be greatly supportive. To the Vets thank you. You were there for me I hope to pass it on.

  21. Yea, I had tingling tiredness in my left arm where I had my iv, not sure what it was but since starting B12 its gone. You need a professional. Opinion to make sure it's not serious though.
