Truth be told you are not alone. Yes call your doctor. Take your medicine. But I have felt emotional more around three week mark. I yelled at everyone. Some of this may be hormones, normal. But may be you just need some one professional to talk to just to sort it out. I do think some of it is normal. Good luck- Slow losers..... Motivational steps

Hi everybody my name is Ballermom and I'm a slow loser. Ok so, I'm not the typical " I lost 100lbs in 4-6 months" deal. So I developed some motivational steps to help others like myself. Step one- Don't compare yourself with any body. You worked to hard on this Journey with all the hoop jumping just to get the surgery. Time to appreciate how hard you've worked and who you are as an individual. Step two-make that scale your Be-atch! Step three- add another weight loss exercise like Skinny Sex! Step four- don't forget to enjoy the Journey! Edited post- Always had a lot of belly fat....it's my body's makeup, does this get better as you lose?
At 5 months out I'm in a size 12 pants. And a large top. I've lost the mostly in my legs. Lol I have most of my fat left in the lower belly. I'm already researching for a TT. I just want to get Down to 170lbs before I seriously consider Plastics. Considerding Fat transfer to other areas. Lol- Share your "slow loss" success!
I am a slow looser too! What I love about this surgery is that I am still loosing. I am 5 months out and lost 64 lbs. I'm not the classic "I've lost 100lbs in 4-6 months. But slowly and surely. I do get less encouraged if I try to compare myself. Cheri, I am encouraged by your post and others Like you.- Bariatric Advantage Necter takes like Jello!
I love the Nectar protein drinks. I'm currently drinking strawberry kiwi. I've been mostly doing the Nectar flavored since surgery.- panniculectomy
Congrats. I would like to have that done too. If you wanted can you pay the difference to add TT with muscle repair. Can anyone answer this. - Slow losers..... Motivational steps
