Nothing will happen to you; the sugar may not sit well with some people, though. You'd do better to get your chocolate fix from a protein bar or something like that. Otherwise it's just a lot of extra carbs.

I've been having some sugar free chocolate, or hot cocoa to get my chocolate fix. Most stores sell sugar free chocolate (Target, Walmart, CVS), I like the hersheys chocolate, or the reeces peanut butter cups. Hills Bros also makes a Sugar free powdered cappucinno mix that is good, in vanilla or chocolate.

I like chocolate. I get my chocolate fix from sugar free hot cocoa ( not too often or the lactose gets me)', sugar free torani syrup in coffee, and the occasional piece of chocolate candy. I liked the chocolate Protein powders per-op, but not post-op.
