Light headed

I'm 4 days post op and so far everything had been great . A little heart burn but not too bad . But a few hours ago I started feeling a little light headed . I just feel like the clear liquids isn't enough for me . All I have been drinking is water and eating sugar free raspberry jello . Anything else makes me gag (juice/broths) I'm seeing my surgeon on Thursday but is there any recommendations ? Ill probably call him tomorrow .

I drank G2 (low cal Gatorade) like crazy. It went down smooth and the electrolytes in it really helped me feel more together.

What about 12 oz of gatorade? I was supposed to do this everyday while on liquids.

The gatorade helped me to get thu the leg cramps. I had some pretty nasty cramps for a few days and read up on runners cramps. Said I needed electrolytes and in a few days they were gone.....(actually I was drinking powerade at 15 for $10)

I just purchased some so I'm hoping it will help ! I just feel so weak , I'm hoping because I feel so well already that on Thursday my surgeon will allow purée/mushy food . I neeeed something . Thanks guys :) :)

I am 1 week post-op and on pureed foods. I started to feel stronger when I moved to that phase. I also found that the sugar-free popsicles soothed my stomach. Now they are my best friend!
