  1. Mark Congrats on your weight loss. How much have you loss since the sleeve and what do you eat. I was sleeve 2/27 and lost 32 lbs so far.
  2. I'm 6 weeks out and I lost 32lbs I wish I was a fast,l looser but at least I am loosing and I'm Happy. Just adding in walking and look forward to each new day. Be encouraged.
  3. Hi here is mine.
  4. I had a week or two of WTF. I was angry at everything I got off the pain meds. After a period I felt better Emotionally. I am 6 weeks out. I feel great and calmer than before the surgery. Also I would tell anyone take your antidepressants. If my family member wanted to get this surgery I will tell them up front to take your meds afterwards that the surgeon agrees to. Feel better soon.
  5. Sleeved 2/27 lost 32 lbs and from size 22w to 18 with wiggle room. Woohoo I'm so excited. Walk today too.
  6. Oh no pain meds. Well I agree that getting out is good too. I walked 4 blocks day4 and went shopping by week one. I just was slightly weak and dehydrated but it got better. Good luck
  7. I had to get out too, but I was really sore after driving at first. Then you have to be off pain meds at least 24 hours to drive. But let some one drive you first. Then walking is great.
  8. Recovery for me was fairly easy thanks to my pain meds and my wonderful DH. I did not feel like I've done a zillion sit up! It. I was so nervous going to the hospital that I mis placed things but in fact recovery was easy for me. The pain later wasn't too bad. One day at a time. Be encouraged!
  9. I was a size 22w and went shopping for a last minute meeting and needed clothes Size 18 pants I bought were loose on me. Woohoo, I'm loving it. Yay
  10. I try to eat Protein first. Because if I do not I'm hungrier. Today instead of expresso coffee protein, i had nectar syntax zero carbs Protein shake. Breakfast- Protein shake Mid morning- egg n bacon lunch chicken Snack cheese stick or laughing cow cheese dinner dense protein like Salmon Water n Crystal light Occasional Peanut Butter snack
  11. I had Pandas shrimp non breaded no rice just 2 and was full. I want egg foo young but thinking about making a weight loss friendly recipe from the world according to egg face. I don't want to get ill or not loose weight trying foods off the plan.

  15. I didn't know what was going on as I was newly out. I couldn't tolerate the sugar in the premier protein. Now I use syntax nectar.
  16. I drink syntax nectar and do like the fuzzy navel.
  17. I am 6 weeks out can eat 1/2 of a chicken breast. Protein shakes Nectar Syntax and click expresso on occasion Eggs and cheese Crystal light Peanut butter and a cracker What are you eating
  18. It happen to me with premier protein shakes. I can't tolerate those shakes.
  19. Yes! 6 weeks out and def. feel better. I was sick and tired of the Yo-Yo diets and health problems.
  20. Gmanbat you have a beautiful wife and you both are so inspirational. To me taking this Journey together is altogether Lovely and adds a special closeness. Congrats and continued Success to you both.
