  1. Hello so I am wondering about juicing? Idk if I should do it. Does anyone do it or have tried it?
  2. Hey everyone. So I'm 5 weeks post op and I had lost 38 lbs and now I haven't lost anything the past week. I try to stay in the diet and I'm barely able to eat much bc I get the sudden pains. I have started walking for 45 min bit haven't lost. How long does this last. I'm getting upset over it
  3. In the morning ill eat cream of wheat or fruit with cottage cheese. Mid snack will be apple sauce. Lunch I will eat 2 turkey meatballs and spinach or sweet potato bites. Snack in the in the afternoon will be either a premier shake or cheese sometimes 2 cheeses. Dinner be chicken and a veggie
  4. So I'm 5 weeks out and I feel like I am eating more than I should? I eat almost every 2 hours I'm getting hungry so I will eat cheese or any snack. What are people eating and how much?
  5. I'm hoping that it's not when I eat any meat. I tried tuna today and it happened again. I'm just getting annoyed at eating the same things.
  6. I just started solids this week. I'm going to try to eat slower and smaller bites. I'm hoping that works
  7. Ok so I'm not almost at 4 weeks post but I'm having an issue when I eat. I get this really bad pain when I'm eating. Idk if its that I'm full or if the food does not agree. I don't feel sick I just get a sharp pain. Has anyone experienced this? I'm getting nervous because it happens with almost any protien I eat
  8. I am almost 2 weeks post op and I cannot sleep! Idk what to so I take Benadryl to try to help but sometimes that does not work. Does anyone else find themselves not sleeping?

  10. Can anyone give me a few good healthy purée ideas? My sis and I are starting the purée stage and want to see what we can make. Maybe a turkey chili recipe?
  11. Had mine on the 7th the gas pains have subsided a bit just feel a little discomfort inside idk if its just bruising. Also did u take off the bandages yet from the incisions made?
  12. Yea I figured something like that is happening. I got to get in the lingo. So I'm on the losers bench now? Is this after surgery? Lol
  13. I was sleeved in the 7th. I got out the hospital today. The pains are so annoying I can only sip water every 20 min I tried more but I can't. It's hard to move. My calf muscles feel like they are going to spasm. I was on in the hospital but being home has been a little harder. I just want the pains to go away so I can move a little more. I. Gained 10 lbs do y know from what but I'm hoping it will come right off once I start feeling better!

  16. I have now been sleeved for 25 hrs Alongside my sister. I have so much pressure and nausea. More this morning being the anesthesia was wearing off. The surgery went well for both of us. Now just have to get through this tough part. Going home tomorrow. Cannot wait to be able to drink more than a shot of water every 20 min!
