Help i am not sleeping!

I am almost 2 weeks post op and I cannot sleep! Idk what to so I take Benadryl to try to help but sometimes that does not work. Does anyone else find themselves not sleeping?

    I had problems sleeping before surgery. I take 2 melatonin (buy OTC) every night and that helps. I am 2 weeks post op and have no problem taking pills.

    They also say avoid eating too late and avoid working out a few hours before bed.
