There are great benefits to juicing, but in terms of weight loss, it is not an adequate supplement for a nutrient dense meal, especially when you are looking for restriction. There is nothing wrong with combining a juice along with some healthy veggies and a dense protein..a great way to get lots of liquid vitamins.

But if you want the goodness in say, a pound of kale.. it's kind of hard to eat a pound of kale, even if you have a normal stomach... but you can juice it up with some cucumbers, celery, ginger lemons and maybe a bit of granny smith apple for sweetness and you've got an AMAZINGLY healthy green juice that's going to give you enzymes, Vitamins, minerals soluble Fiber and even a good dose of protein!
