  1. Thanks for the offer. Please tell us about yourself and your journey.
  2. I just want to say congrats to everyone on this thread. I loved reading it!
  3. Look awesome but I know I don't have that much self control hope everyone enjoys!
  4. Sometimes I add a little cool whip lite!
  5. I know people who answer with I am doing a high protein diet and exercising. It is your choice what you choose to share. The only one you really have to be accountable to is yourself. Way to go on your journey!
  6. Wishing you the best of luck! Keep us posted!
  7. I told everyone . It really is just a personal choice. I have friend on here that have separate face book accounts as well. Whatever you feel is best is what you should do. Best of luck!
  8. They eggs are probably too dry for you. I got stuck on Friday didn't feel anything until two hours later when I drank some water. It does not happen often but live and learn every day.
  9. I still to this day have to measure my food or I will eat too much. Make sure you measure what you are supposed to eat and then stop.
  10. Way to go awesome weight loss!!!!!
  11. Hello I eat 3 half cup meals and sometimes a snack and I am close to 1000. I could not eat the way you do . This is a change of life not your regular diet. Find foods you can live with and enjoy! I love food and love eatting. I just do it healthier now and try to have fun with my meals. Best of luck!
  12. Have you tried mixing your protein with sf jello pudding?
  13. Wow! I am so glad there are people like missy and bunch of others I could name. I appreciate you all !
  14. I love that! You can use coffee or any of the sf ff pudding mixes. Just be careful after liquids because Jello instant pudding mixes have 300 sodium per serving. I think their are 4 servings per box. Also PB2 is great to get Peanut Butter flavor!
  15. I still say if you are hungry and it is not meal time drink. If you are still hungry eat a smart snack. I will not walk around hungry or feeling deprived. I have found if I don't have a snack when I need one I get a headache. I was waking up with headache so at night I try to have dannon Greek yogurt. It is 80 calories and I think 12 Protein. Only if I am hungry.
  16. Thanks for posting that. Just shows us how doctors vary. Either way it is defenitly not a replacement for a meal.
  17. hely88 posted a topic in Fitness & Exercise
I just saw infomercial about this and I am thinking I am to fat and to weak to do this. I know some of you already do this. Please share your experience with me and how you adapted your level of fitness to the program. Thanks in advance.
  18. Great post. That is what I was told as well. So glad you posted. Always check with doctor or nutritionist if you are not sure about something.
  19. My advice to you is to stop if your doctors say it is ok but try to drink at least 64ounces of water a day. The water will help flush some of the sodium out. Also if you eat or drink anything with caffein consider cutting that out as well. My blood pressure has been lower since doing all this. Best of luck to you!
  20. They also taste horrible
  21. Great start. Keep on keeping on!!
  22. Sometimes explorer does not let you add. If so download firefox or google chrome.
  23. Awesome for both of you . Rock On !!!
  24. Congrats!!
