That's 10 days, how bad is the pain? My plans are to have my surgery on a Thursday and go back to work (office mainly sitting) on Monday. They told me when i schedule my appt that I should be able to go to work without any problems as long as i dont lift anything heavy.

Everyone heals differently while some people can resume "normal" life I couldn't for at least two weeks and when I went to work I still had times where I left early in the third week. Just don't over do it and listen to your body is my best advice. I think I was just one of the complicated cases where things just didn't go as planned. Good luck!

I have a very light duty job and I planned on going back after two weeks and still couldn't. I had to take three more days. Don't over do it, you will regret it! Take care of your body!
