  1. That is a big fill. Definitely take your time to get used to it.
  2. I am mixing ricotta ff cheese, beans, sauce, Perdue turkey meatball and little sprinkle of lf cheddar.
  3. All I know is I have BCBS of Florida and they don't pay for any of my fills.
  4. Keep doing what you are doing. Eventually the lbs will catch up!! Also depending what you are doing at the gym muscle weighs more then fat. It also burns calories faster then fat too.
  5. Whooooo Hoooooooo!!!!!!
  6. Are you looking for pre op or post op meals?
  7. If you are told to still have protein shake at this time try isopure it is a drink not a shake. If you are not told to drink then you need to make sure to eat high protein foods. You have been given a lot of good ideas. I would suggest when you get to solids that you meet with a nutritionist. Best of luck.
  8. The gas strips or the chewable will work faster for you. I still get really bad back time but only during tom. Tylenol Arthritis always seems to help. Hope you feel better.
  9. My tummy growls when I am hungry but it growls even more as I start to eat food and sometimes after. I have been banded for 4 years. Like everyone else says it does not always mean you are hungry. It takes a long time to learn what your body needs and it is a process that never stops. best of luck.
  10. Sometimes I have problems with eggs. If i have scrambled eggs I usually whisk with some skim milk to keep them moist. If they are dry I can not eat them. It is all trial and error. Best of luck.
  11. Sf ff instant pudding mix is good to change flavors. Sf syrups are also good. I use skim milk but I know a lot of people who use almond.
  12. Most people are told the same thing as you were. Filling and unfilling can cause a little swelling so easy goes.
  13. Just tell people you are on a high protein diet and trying to cut down your portions. You tell who you want you only have to be accountable to is yourself. Best of luck. I told everyone but I am kind of an open book.
  14. You sure you should eat after unfill? I was told to treat unfills like fills and start with liquids.
  15. They are soooooo hard to peal.
  16. Please ask your doctor before starting something this early on your journey. My experience was very different. Liquids in liquids out.
  17. Congrats on getting to the green zone. I dont really believe in the "green zone" at least no for me. I also think I would know if I was there before my doctor. I just find I am always tweaking, learning and changing. I am good for the moment and I am happy for that.
  18. Sorry I didnt read all the posts so I apologize if I repeat something. Not everyone need fills. Some people never get fills, some once and some many. Every person is different and every doctor is different. I just try to take each day one by one and each meal as it comes. Best of luck to you!
  19. My doctor suggests Mirilax but you should check with your doctor before taking anything. hope you feel better.
  20. Awesome! you must be really special. I get nothing before the stick.
  21. Unfortunately Fills are a very personal and subjective experience. Make sure you need a fill and don't look at the needle. You will barely feel it. Keep us posted and best of luck.
  22. I didn't know they made drinks! I was looking at their website yesterday for first time. They have some really good products. I was looking at their granola. Ended up ordering from nuts.com. (which is an incredible site). You can even make your own mix.
