Try GAS-x strips. In my case they worked like magic. For some reason when our abdomen builds up gas it triggers pain receptors in our backs and shoulders.

Yep, it's normal and the Gas-X strips are really great. Try to get up and walk a few times a day and move your arms in a windmill motion, that could help get the gas moving. For the diarhea, try Immod

Hi everyone I got my lap band replaced on march 1, 2013 and I been having so much back pain. My dr. said its from all the air that they fill the stomach with when they do the surgery and it is gas and it should subside within a few days. I have been having weird stomach noises and then i go diahrrea. I didn't even go back to work yet. Can anyone help me out. thanks.
