  4. I take Ambien and everything is fine. I make sure to take it 10-15 minutes before bed. If you're still unsure, call and ask your dr. Get some sleep. Good luck!

  9. I had to do the full liquid diet a week before surgery. It was hard but I knew I had to do it. After the third day, things were better. Buy some SF popsicles, jello, and different broths. I don't think you screwed up! At least you ate the three celery sticks and hummus instead of the bag of Cheetos and Oreos. Good for you. Just follow the diet by your dr and you'll be fine. Good luck!   11. I can't confirm the feeling/pain your having is due to gallstones. I had my gallbladder removed years before my sleeve surgery. I hope you feel better soon. Keep us posted.

  17. 1. How long was your pre-op diet? 1 week 2. How were you getting your calories? Wasn't given a guideline on how many calories to take in. 3. How much weight did you lose? I lost 9 lbs in one week.

  19. My surgeon did both at the same time as well as repair my hernia. I feel great!
  20. I do...I always have a sweater on and a blanket next to me at work if needed. Small inconvenience to go through post-op. Still loving my sleeve. Maybe we'll warm up a little down the road! Good luck!

  23. Go back to the beginning basics. Work your sleeve one day at a time. You are having success in your weight loss so keep going. You can do this. I will admit, I too, have indulged a little too much. After eating holiday cookies, and desserts at work, tamales since Thanksgiving...Oh boy!! WTH!!! Get moving! We are here for you.   25. You are not alone. I too struggled with my weight and getting to the point where I felt like--oh well! Take it one day at a time. Get up and walk around the block or even around the dining room table. Anything to get moving. I wish you luck on your sleeve journey. Please keep us posted.
