  2. Thanks will try. Everything is going well ... except the smell & taste of vitamins are nauseating and even have me sick to my stomach about 5 times now. Have tried to different ones but not 1 a day brand.
  3. Has anyone found a daily vitamin without an over whelming smell & taste?
  4. Sleeved 12/19. Our weight loss began when we seriously committed to lifestyle changes 2 week preop diet start date 12/03/12, losses to date - me 44 mr 64 . On regular food but limited selection of choices ( stage 3 on our journey). Feeling awesome. Wishing everyone a wonderful blessed day!
  5. Must be a common thing. My taste and smell senses are extremely strong. Some foods I would have enjoyed before smell and taste disgusting. Even the sight of red meat is nauseating to me. Pre-sleeve I would have loved a good steak or burger.
  6. Sleeved 12/19/12. Feeling great! More energy. Reading all labels, weighing / measuring foods. Hit a stall - now passed - down 41 lbs. Mr sleeved same day - down 62. Walking 2- 3 times day for 20 - 30 minutes. Spent part of Sunday clearing out spare room upstairs down to am empty room and transforming into an office space for new job working remote / telecommute - which starts soon. Wish you all good health and continued success.
  7. Thanks for sharing. At 3 weeks post-op now - just read this again and can now relate to some of this.
  8. Sleeve 12/19/12 and doing great! Many life changes. More energy than in a long time. Read every label on drinks, soups etc- on full liquids now. Moving to soft foods Weds 1/19/13. Looking forward to mashed sweet potato, tuna, egg, turkey deli meat, oatmeal.
