  1. It's all about attitude. Positive thinking on on our journey is a big step. Good luck!

  4. Your body has been then through a lot. Your new tummy is swollen and your harmones are going into overdrive right now. I too was the same way. This is expected. Don't worry about the weight loss so soon after your surgery. It will come off. Remember, there will also be stalls. Hang in there! Good luck hun. We are here for you.

  14. Hang in there. I know it's tough. After the first three days, it should get a little easier. Just keep some sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello on hand. They really helped me through this phase. The liquid diet is just one of the challenges we go through to get ready for the sleeve. I still do a liquid diet (when I stall) but only for 3-5 days. Good luck on your journey.
  15. Keep up the good work! Congrats!
  16. WOW!!! Great job! Congrats...you look great.
  17. Hi Ebonisekim, I would talk to your surgeon and advise him that you are requesting the hernia be repaired at the same time of your vsg surgery. Explain to the surgeon what you've mentioned. If he still says no, then look for another surgeon. I had both done at the same timeand everything is fine. I know how hard it is to find a good surgeon so hang in there. Good luck on your journey.
  18. Great loss!!! You look good.
