Ok so I had a revision on the 26/11 do far going on 3weeks but I have only lost 8 pounds ? My weight prior to sleeve was 155 I lost 75 with the band but it slipped so I decided to get the sleeve but I was sure I would loose at least 25 pounds like everyone else but no!!!! Sooo is the normal ????

Thnk u I hope soo and I did but he was happy about the numbers I wasn't because I compare my loss to others lol . :)

Hi! So you had the revision so that you wouldn't regain the 75 pounds? Did I understand that correctly? That's smart! Anyway, because you are already at a lower weight, you will lose slower. That seems to be pretty normal. As we get closer to our goal weight, the pounds come off slower. Ex: I was 100 pounds overweight. I lost 50 in a few months. Now i've slowed down to a pound a week. I'm ok with that because i am not gaining! W/o my sleeve i would be gaining by now.
