  1. Everyone has to decide what is best for them ! This surgery was the best gift I ever gave ME!! Best wishes to you and keep us updated!!
  2. Congrats and welcome to the losers club!!
  3. That is great and you can see a big change already!!
  4. Geez, I wish you all the luck in the world. He really sounds like he wants to control you and controllers don't change but often get worse. You are a young vibrant woman and should be out on the town enjoying your life!! Go have fun and tell him to go with you or get gone. Harsh I know but you deserve better
  5. Congrats!! That is fabulous!!
  6. I was sleeved Sept 10th and have not had any episodes of sliming! Have no idea what it is or what causes this to happen but am very happy to have avoided this so far......
  7. No problems like that. I would call the doctor... Feel better
  8. No regrets other than not having done this earlier!!
  9. I went to the gym to help deal with my anxiety! It helped me be more calm and focused and it also helped increase my physical strength which aided in my recovery after surgery!! Hang in, you will be so glad you gave yourself the gift of health !!
  10. My nut just told me that I can have one cup in the morning but that I also have to add an additional cup of water to my daily amount as caffine tends to dehydrate. I am 3 months out from surgery.
  11. I had that pain for the first 6 weeks post surgery. My doc said it is where the most cutting is done and where they removed the stomach. 3 months out now and no discomfort at all and am back to full activity! Hang in you are doing great and will improve with each passing day!!
  12. You are doing great and look fabulous!!
  13. Sorry you are struggling. I would call your surgeon and discuss so you can ensure you are not having a serious issue. Keep us posted and I hope this passes quickly.
  14. I took 4 weeks off and am glad I did. Gave me time to just take care of me, to focus on the liquid part of the post op diet and to walk outside as much as I could. My doc also wanted me off for that long and would have given me another two weeks if I wanted it!!
  15. I was allowed to take whole pills as long as they were about the size of an MM!
  16. I too was pretty nervous before surgery. I am 11 weeks out and did not have one complication. Best thing I have ever done for myself!!
  17. Miralax was what I was told to take, no cramps and it worked great when I was at your stage post op!! Good luck , hang in it will get better!!
  18. From one Philly Girl to another, congrats!!!!
  19. Imodium is what I would take but you might want to call your doc and ask him/ her
