3 months ago today I made the best decision in my entire life! I use to weigh 240 and so unhappy with how I looked in my clothes and especially naked! Lol I use to give myself a look of disgust when I glanced at myself in the mirror while in the nude! Now I look amazing!! And I feel even better!!

Thank u all!!! I have lost 66.5 lbs so far and I still have 23.5lbs to go, my original goal was 140 but now that I see how small I am at 173.5 I think I'll be happy at 150
