  4. At 6 weeks I was just walking for the most part! Just take it easy and stay hydrated!!
  5. Hi there for me, my hair is also falling out. We just have to hold on to the fact from others that we won't go bald and it will grow back! Follow the food plan, take our vitamins and keep our eye on the prize!!
  6. I had taken my measurements per surgery and when the scale stops moving I do new measurements! Every time I have lost inches! If your close ate getting looser then all is good! Body needs to readjust to the quick weight loss! It's all good despite the little frustrations!

  8. I used sf Popsicles , they were a lifesaver in the first few weeks. Still ate when I crave something sweet! It does get better as your journey progresses! You will feel better soon, hang in and take this one day at a time !!
  9. Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese are a staple for me. Chicken, seafood ,some cheese and high protein snacks. My daily food intake is public. I look at others daily food logs too so I get ideas for foods that are on plan!
  10. Ngm, what do you take that is all inclusive? Is it a big pill or a chewable? I hate taking all these everyday!
  11. I use an over the counter chewable gum mid type vitamin, peach flavored and very tasty! I also take calcium,b12, b1, biotin and zink. All over the counter but good brands. On my labs I was. Low on b1 so the doc and nut told me to take that. Also added chewable fiber gummies to help with the constipation issue!
  12. Surgery 9/10- started at 243 now at 181!! Lost a lot of inches and feel great!!

  17. I was out 4 weeks. My doc was willing to give me more but I was bored to tears and needed to get back to work!!
  18. Geez, so sorry your daughter is so upset about it. The rest of the folks I wouldn't worry about though , it is your health and only you and your doc knows what is best to put an end to your serious health problems. If there is a support group at your hospital or surgeons office, maybe you could take your daughter so she can meet others who have benefited from the surgery? Also, maybe take her with you to the doc and your doc can explain why this Is so important? Good luck on your journey and I hope your daughter will come around.
  19. Yes, in the option that reads email you can just put their MFP username. It will send that person a friend request. Took a while for me to figure it out too!! Good luck
