  1. I wasn't able to drink water for about 2 months for some odd reason... also Gatorade and all the other light drinks I turned to fruit which is probably not a good idea but I just needed hydration watermelon is like 90% water... also any liquid u can tolerate as long as it's not a lot of sugar or cafiene... u can dialute low calorie or low sugar drinks with water to make it even less

  6. I'm soon to be 4 Months post op... a friend of mine had been asking me to come to her pole dancing class... I told her I don't feel comfortable until I am at least under 200lbs she told me we are about the same weight so I went and I loved it.. my body aches but that's what I need and it's fun and sexy.... yea... I started at 299 day of surgery Dec 28this weighed 276 today 4/21 I weighed 212 yay me...
  7. Yes I do feel great... It has been a tough journey and I was sick for a while I wasnt eating. but now I eat fine... a week ago I saw myself in the mirror and saw a fat girl... I was depressed thought I was gaining but I havent been on a scale since mid february weighed 242. I finally realize that even tho I only lost yen pounds since then it is still progress... Goal is 160... Hope to be under 200 by july ... Good luck to u all and best of luck...

  9. sorry I dont have more after pictures... My current weight,is 229 post op consultant weight 299 day of surgery 276 I no longer have that crease in my back and double chin is almost gone... I wore size 22-24 now I can squeeze uncomfortably into a 16 but comfortably wearing a 18 in jeans...   11. I cant hold ice tea... For the past few days I have turned to snapple and now juicy juice... Too much sugar and gives me a belly ache but I have been dying a thirst

  13. Man im running out of options on drinking... I cant tolerate anything thats good for me.. Ill be dehydrated soon... Things that I could tolerate I no longer can.. Im so thirsty

Hot tea is ok but the artificial sugar I cant tolerate I have been adding a little motts for tots apple juice to my water but im starting to not be able to tolerate that either.. Cant drink crystal light bc acid reflux.. Someone please advise me on something to drink.
  16. My surgeon did endoscope and leak test thats it. I dont have a car or support and since out of work over a month no money... I want to go to a better hospital but its kinda impossible. Hopefuly the mri will show something. I even had to drop my classes this semester. Things are a mess and my mom is even crayz my family thinks its in my head
