What are you eating? What makes you think it's too much?

Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese are a staple for me. Chicken, seafood ,some cheese and high protein snacks. My daily food intake is public. I look at others daily food logs too so I get ideas for foods that are on plan!

Are you on MFP ?

How much protein are you getting in? I eat maybe 3 to 4 times a day, but it's all protein. oatmeal with milk for breakfast or a shake. Lunch might be a turkey sausage and dinner chicken with some soup to moisten and veggies.

I drink about 3 protein shakes a day I just can't stomach meat no matter what I do to it it hurts going down I tried chewing for longer tiny bites and nothing so steer clear of meat.

3 months out and eat only meat and eggs with the exception of cereal for breakfast.
