I didn't weigh myself but the inches lost were:
-1 inch from neck
-1 inch from bicep
-1 inch from forearm
-2 inches from chest
-3 inches from upper tummy
-7 inches from waist at navel
-6 inches from hips
-2 inches from upper thigh
-1 inch from knee
-1/2 inch from calf
-1/2 inch from ankle
