You'll go great! This is your new beginging. Its normal to be scared. Tomrrw will be a new day. I had my surg 8/7. Its getting easier. I just take it a day at a time.

I had my surg 8/7. I have not had a problem getting my protein in. I make me a 12 oz drink with 40g protein in am and sip on it untill its gone. Then i make me another one n sip on it. I just make sure i get it all in before bedtime

I had my surg 8/7. My dr said clears two days and full liquids 12days. That is the new bariatric recomemded died. Im doing fine. The loose stools are probably due to all the fluids. Im also an RN

I wanted to know if anybody else has had the same symptoms i do. When ever i drink anything i get a sharp stabbing pain in my stomach. I also cant see very well from close up. I dont knw why. Anybody that can help me??

Well I live in TX. I am kinda nervous. I have failed at loosing wt for most of my life. I am afraid to fail at this too. I did not have to do a pre-op diet so that was nice! I feel ready but scared to fail
