  7. The surgery is afterall a tool... There might be underlying issues with poor food choices after going thru all this. Maybe a therapist could help. Good luck my dear!!

  10. Gosh I would say you are doing great. I don't think anyone can tell you how much you will lose in any given time frame. Everyone is just so different. At a little over one week out I would concentrate on healing and walking
  11. When I first had my surgery j Robb shakes were the only ones I could tolerate... They aren't too sweet.
  12. Would an all liquid diet be too hard for you? It does help shed the pounds. You can do it!!!!
