Hi all I had surgery on 11/29 and I have lost 73 pounds. I am in a size 27 down from 24 it is do nice to go shopping and be able to fit clothes. I stop telling people the truth about my weight lost was real tired of negative comments. I am having problems staying with excersize on a daily basis but really watching everything I put in my mouth. Is it possible for me to be added on FB My name on their is Sandra Redd. The lightheaded may be caused if you are on blood pressure mess it could be to strong, question. What do you tell people when they ask u how u lost all the weight

I am having a hard time drinking all the liquids. Was suppose to be on puréed right now but could not advance. Not hungry but I feel as though I lost my best friend food. Does that sound crazy.
