    Wow I think I am really changing I am on vacation with my family I was worried about ratting had a egg white omelet for Breakfast with veg and fruit for lunch a salad with I tbspoon of Cesar dressing and a piece of fish bro proud of me. Went and brought Snacks for room brought raw veg. Yeah!

    Added bike riding to my routine. I needed a pep talk today my daughter gave it to me. Excerise is really hard when u r not use to it.
  8. I saw my doctor and dietician medicare now covers the sleeve. So now I am not sure which one is best for me. There are pro and cons for both. Any comments?

Took my daughter with me cause I thought she was going to be my support system but when the doctor talked about all that can happen she decided it was not worth the risk. She said if I can lose weight in the three months then why don't I continue that. It is hard to explain that I am already at risk for Many things. I am sorry I took her. Any suggestion or advice

  12. Started the 3 mile DVD so proud of myself can only do 2 miles right now but I will make it to 3. FYI they have a 1 mike DVD and a 2 mile DVD that I was not aware of. I should have started with them and builded my way up. The cost of the DVD 7 dollars at amazon.
