Sorry! Sleep study was canceled my Inc.did not require this test my surgeon did. This was my last apt. Now what's next

I'll do labs,sleep study, Ekg ,Lovein this site I've been browsing for 3months and I have learned a lot im 33yr 248.6 5'5 bmi 42.1 I have bcbs that mailed me the requirements im so ready to get started there is no 3or6 monthly waiting just meet requirements for Inc.&surgeon I was told that it could take up to 60 days and I can do 2 or 3 apt. At a time please help with any suggestions thanks 245hot,,,,,Help anyone here used him for lapband surgery need all suggestions!!!U can do it!!!!Need that. InfoMy Dr referred me to Dr Duncan also what are his requirements?
