11. The 28th will mark 3 months since my lapband surgery! Thought I would share a picture for anyone who is thinking of having it done! I am so greatful for my lapband, look what it has done for me!
12. I meant probably a good month before I could
13. You will get there, it was probably I this month before I could sleep on my stomach again. I am a stomach sleeper so it sucked and my back always hurt. You will get there, even getting to sleep on your side will feel much better
14. This is awesome and its definitely something to bye proud of,way to go!
15. Be sure to sip on liquids all day, every few minutes. I for not drink enough even though I thought I was and became very dehydrated and sick. I thought for sure something was really wrong as I was weak and could hardly get out of bed but turned out I just needed some sugar in my blood and a lot of water.
16. *Swelling
17. I have a 4cc band. My first fill was one cc then yesterday I went up to 3 cc which appeared to be a perfect fill according to the xray and my doctor but I spent all night and morning choking on even water. This morning I had 1 cc taken out but still choked all day. Turns out my stomach swells up real easily after a fill so its been warm coffee and popsicles all day. The sweeping is now going down to wear I can take a small drink of water. I will have to go back up to 3cc very slowly, everyone is different. My first fill I didn't even notice a difference.
18. Got nearly a full cc taken out this morning and still choked on water all day but I think the swelling is now going down thank heaven. Thanks for the help.
19. I went in for a flourafill today, what should have taken five minutes took over thirty only because I have turned into such a simp and almost passed out three times. I was able to drink a bit of a smoothie tonight but then started to "choke" on it. Just now I took a swallow of water and it is still coming back up after about ten minutes. Is my fill too tight or maybe just swollen? All I know is I can't choke like this over a sip of water, ill die of dehydration lol.
20. I was banded on April 28th and although the recovery was not very pleasant I would not take it back for anything! I love my Lapbanf. It's been a great tool so far. My weight loss has slowed down, I have been at a loss of 28 pounds for about 3 weeks now but I went in for a fill today and know the weight will start to come off again. Losing the weight is much easier with this tool to help
