Sipping

I everyone I was banded on Wednesday July 18th, and I'm having difficulty feeling if I'm full from the sipping of liquid or just tight from surgery. How often should I be sipping? Every 5 min? 15? Thanks!

I was also banded on July 18th! I haven't been sipping much, just every so often. I do feel full, but my stomach does growl. When it growls, I sip a little more. Good luck to you!

Hi. I was banded in July 19. I am also sipping my liquids but I'm wondering if I'm getting enough. I don't feel hungry. I sip my protein shake over a 30 minute period then wait 30 min before I start sipping on water. I know I'm not getting very many calories either. I'm hoping everything is going ok.

Be sure to sip on liquids all day, every few minutes. I for not drink enough even though I thought I was and became very dehydrated and sick. I thought for sure something was really wrong as I was weak and could hardly get out of bed but turned out I just needed some sugar in my blood and a lot of water.
