    Lovein this site I've been browsing for 3months and I have learned a lot im 33yr 248.6 5'5 bmi 42.1 I have bcbs that mailed me the requirements im so ready to get started there is no 3or6 monthly waiting just meet requirements for Inc.&surgeon I was told that it could take up to 60 days and I can do 2 or 3 apt.
