  16. hit my 50 lb mark today!!!!! Down to 300...Excited to fall below this mark, as I haven't been there in about 8 years!!!
  17. I agree...this doc is off his rocker, and actually encouraging an unhealthy mentality towards losing this weight...the weight you've lost so far is more than enough...everyone is different, don't be hard on yourself, your doing wonderfully...don't let that $&&&$ get you down, girl
  18. LOL..I used to do the same...was too worn out from grocery shopping to bother with cooking dinner!!

  25. I use MyFitnessPal as well and LOVE it!! It's just as important to make sure you're getting enough!! Don't sweat one meal...this is a learning process...you'll get the hang of it
  26. I can so relate!! I still have the 'hmmm...am I going to fit in this chair??' and the 'no way is this going to fit...' moments in my head...I know I have a long way to go, hoping my head can keep up!!

  28. I'm also a daily weigh-er...every day after I wake up and pee..I'm working nightshift right now, so that can mean in the afternoon or in the morning...that being said, I don't give myself a hard time if I'm up or down by a couple of pounds, as I realize this is normal...It's just my way of remaining accountable for what I put in my mouth...
