  1. I didn't cry, but I did have some emotionally charged moments. Mine was due to the realization that I was truly addicted to food. It will pass and you'll soon be feeling good and spreading the joy!
  2. Why do nice guys finish last? It's just one of those mysteries of the universe that will never be solved.
  3. What helped me get through and deal with the gas pain was walking...Short walks taken frequently. I took 15-20 steps every 30 or 40 mins. Just walked around the couch or around the island in the kitchen. Great stuff! Wishing you a speedy recovery..it will get better!

  7. I haven't really adapted a workout program yet...I'm just doing laps in a pool everyday. Doing the breast stroke and can feel my arms and pecs tightening up. I plan on taking on a weight program eventually.
  8. We've tried a couple of time, but still kinda painful. Guess we'll just have to keep trying.

  11. I pretty much agree with everyone else. Call your insurance provider directly and ask lots of questions. Then you can work towards whatever requirements that have set. Good luck!

  13. Really? Hmmm...I was banded on 6/12/12, and scheduled for fill on 7/30, but Dr. says that is tentative based on my performance and weightloss before then. I'm curious about your situation.

  16. I started this weekend. I am 3 weeks post op. Did a light crunch workout in the pool. I didn't want to over do it. I will probably do that this week and see how I feel at the end of the week.
