  4. MickMick, thanks for understanding where I am coming from. Glad to know that I am ot the only one with that fear :-( Sorry that your hubby is not adjusting with you, I hope he comes around. I am blessed, my hubby tells me it's all good and he is Loves me no matter what. Still that fear is there!
  5. Ok, I know this is a bit much for a question and a little embarassing but it's something that I do think about. My Hubby does likes an ample bottom...lol. I kind of wonder exactly how much of it I will lose. Don't get me wrong I don't mind losing the majority of it, but I also don't want to be completely flat. So I guess I do have a little bit of curosity about that?!?!?!
  6. WooHoo....YAY for you, Congrats!!!!
  7. Nerves are very normal, you are preparing for a surgical procedure yes. More so a complete lifestyle change, my thoughts and prayers are with you. You will be fine!
  8. I doubt you have anything to worry about. Walk in there confident knowing that you gave it your all and he/she will see your progress from your last appt. DON'T WORRY, YOU GOT THIS!!! I will definitely be praying for you!!
  9. SML1997...I am with you on the GB, I just can't no way I am too scared to even think about that one. Although I have friends that have had it done and they swear by it, I still can't to risky for me. I am HAPPY to choose the Sleeve, any day of the week.
  10. GOOD for you Mz_Elle, thanks for you feedback and continued success.
  11. Thanks Katie713, I am sticking to the Sleeve for those same reasons. I am so ready to be in ONDERLAND with ya!
  12. Good for you 15Kgold, so happy your ok and SLEEVED. I can't wait to get this process over with all this pre-op stuff seems like an eternity!
  13. babyblues, I agree I also have a problem with the unplugging and plugging elsewhere thing!
  14. Changing...I agree that is the reason I do not want the Bypass, I too started this whole journey a few years ago wanting the Lap-band and so glad I didn't get that. I am still on the Sleeve bus, and hoping to get off at the losers bench!!
  15. So today I had my medical review and hubby demanded on going. What was suppose to be MY appointment turned to HIS appointment, he asked more questions about HIM and what HE needs to do to change HIS lifestyle. HE had more questions for the Dr. than I did, I was REALLY irritated..... BUT all in all my review went GREAT, all my labs were good and now onto the next step toward getting SLEEVED. I do have a question for you guys, the Dr. mentioned I should really consider the the Bypass vs. the Sleeve. He said that my labs indicate that I may be pre-diabetic, and that the Bypass would instantly reverse the pre-diabatic state. I am not feeling the Bypass too much, I really don't want that malabsorption issue. Did you guys experience the Dr's suggesting one over the other, and if so why did you choose the Sleeve? ANY feedback will help!
  16. Excited for my medical review tomorrow, I'm hoping it all goes well. Anything I should know?
  17. I attended my first support group tonight and I really enjoyed it, got tons of info on what to expect. I am definitely going to another, anyone else attending the support group in Corona?
  18. Thanks everyone...sheesh, I need to get my act together again...lol, I am almost half way there!!!
  19. What happens if you do not meet the 10% weight loss by the time you go in for your medical review, what will happen? Kaiser Sleevers can you give me feedback? I have lost, just not that 10%
