  1. I'm really limo g the unjury chicken soup too! I still don't tolerate cold liquids very well and it really hits the spot! Also, my husband made a big pot of soup with chicken (shredded), green Beans and carrots. It's SO good! I eat a tiny bit of the chicken and the carrots and green beans are so soft that they're going down well. I also drink the soup broth from a coffee mug to help get in my fluids. As for Water, I'm really digging the Ocean Spray mixers, especially Cran-Grape and Blueberry-Lemonade!
  2. Twelve pounds a month sounds GREAT to me! I think you're doing wonderfully.
  3. Awesome post!!! You could've taken this out of my brain. I refuse to let food lord over me anymore. I'M in control now! I want to feel better and live a long time. I'm not looking to don a bikini or pose for nudes! I just want to eat and play line a normal person and stop thinking about food and my weight all the time.
  4. Is anyone else on blood pressure medication? I'm starting g to think that maybe mine needs to be adjusted already as I'm kind of shaky and weak after ANY exertion at all! Has anyone had to adjust their medication already?
  5. I like mine thinner so I mix mine with 4oz. Of water and 4oz. Of skim milk. It takes me about an hour and a 1/2 to drink 8oz.
  6. Right side, not left side...
  7. I'm doing pretty well on my protein and fluids, but i still feel TIRED. I push myself through the day, but my left side hurts by the late afternoon and by bedtime, I'm beyond exhausted. I feel like I should be feeling better by now and I'm frustrated.
  8. Are y'all measuring your food? I keep seeing posts they say things like, "I can only eat 2oz of chicken", etc. I honestly have no idea how man ounces of food I'm eating right now! I know it's not much but I don't know exactly. If you are, how are you measuring food? Thanks!
  9. I stand by my original post...extremes got us here and extremes will serve us NO better on the "other side". If you're gullible enough to believe some ridiculous post on a public forum instead if your surgeon, nutritionist and HUNDREDS of successful sleevers, by all means, go ahead with your bad self.
  10. A juicer literally just gets juice out of fruits or vegetable. I have a Ninja blender for chopping stuff up and it's great!
  11. I put unjury unflavored in almost everything I eat! chicken salad, Beans, soup, broth, tuna, etc. It's really helping bc I'm sick of shakes!!
  12. Got mine at Smoothie King. It was cheap, and it's awesome!
  13. Had it removed 3 years ago, but it's the same kind if pain!
  14. Oh, and I took my Prisolec and one of my leftover Phenergan. Didn't help.
  15. Even after resting for a few hours, my stomach is burning and feels "full". I feel like I would feel better if I could throw up, but I certainly didn't overheat! I have a headache, too. I'm hurting under my right shoulder blade and down my right side. Blah.
  16. I was sleeved on 10/15 and I've been doing fine. Today I feel rotten. My stomach has a terrible "burning" feeling, I feel like poo and my right side is hurting. I haven't trued anything new and I haven't eaten/drank any more or less than usual. I'm hoping its just the after affects of my first week back to work, but I can't help but worry. What say y'all?
  17. Girl, I'd wear that costume EVERYWHERE!! You look GREAT in it.
  18. Work out four hours a day?! That's hilarious. And ridiculous. Yes, take advantage of the do-called "Honeymoon Period" to make healthy, PERMANENT changes. Going to extremes is what got us all here. And going to new extremes will not serve us well either. Be aggressive, but be smart, too.
  19. Good!! I look tufted!!
  20. That was supposed to be !
  21. I had my husband hide the scale and I'm MUCH happier!! I CAN'T weigh. lol Seriously, don't get caught up in the numbers right now. Your body is still freaking out! Get off the scale and keep on keeping on! You WILL lose!!!
