Four Month Update

Would love any feedback, it'll make me feel better ;). What do u all think, tomorrow is my four month mark and I'm down 48 pounds, I may be in another stall, oh well, point is I wanna know what people of my losses so fat. I eat 6-800 calories, less than 40 carbs and 30 fats and 60-100 grams protein. Am I doing ok? I hate feeling like a slow loser!

  • depends a lot on your starting weight. those of us w/ higher starting weights tend to lose weight quicker, but then we have further to go.

You're losing at exactly the same rate I am. That is not slow! That is steady weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week. Be proud of yourself!

Twelve pounds a month sounds GREAT to me! I think you're doing wonderfully. :)

I was 4 months out on Nov 4 and have lost 65 pounds so far, with 15 of that being preop. The weight loss has definitely slowed down but I am glad as it was kinda scary how so much came off so quickly at the beginning. I think I have found a sweet spot now where it comes off slowly and I am happy with that. I can't wait to hit ONDERLAND....only 10 more pounds for me and YOU are almost there!!!!! Stay strong and positive and embrace your new life as it unfolds!

Lol! It's been 15 years since I've worn this size, ok I think I'll shutup and smile now ;)

Go "put on" a pair of those fat pants and you won't be able to STOP smiling!

I hope that I am down almost 50 pounds at four months out. That sounds like a great amount to me.
