  1. Thanks alot!i had a complication with surgery and am 6 weeks out tomorrow otherwise i would have started earlier lol.how about the timing?how long should i work each arm a day?

  4. i did great at the hospital with this technique but when i got home totally used my muscles and now im sore,tender and numb under my main incision and im two weeks out.be careful
  5. i posted not long ago about this and got all kinds of different comments lol!!!!some were saying heck no others were saying it was ok.i did chop some up in my tuna salad and did fine.also i got a craving the other night and drank some juice out the jar.not too much just lk half an ounce.i did ok.im 3 1/2 weeks out.

  7. i have not exercised and i was sleeved on the 10th.im still in recovery also but i have been walking on my treadmill about a mile a day and if not ill go walk the mall :-)

  9. i was allowed mashed potatoes for the first two weeks and yes u can add a little amount of fat free cheese as long as its melted
  10. they do carry some at gnc called lean body its the gnc brand and they are good.low calorie also.and the isopure is good too the green apple one is the best
  11. wow i guess all drs are different.well i wasnt really craving food but i wanted to chew on something.i ate one ounce of crab meat and im done.really full.

  15. whoa!i could actually feel it going down and it kinds hurt :-\ has anyone else ate soft food and felt this way?

  20. i just cant wait to actuallychew on something.my post op consists of two weeks on full liquids then soft diet for the next two weeks.dr has cleared me to go ahead and do soft foods on sunday.he says im going to be full off half a cup of food.as long as it is something i can chew on ill be good.cant wait to hit that 75 mark like u :-)

  22. congrats!when was ur surgery?i actually havent tried on any jeans yet cause my belly incision still feels kinda tender.cant wait to try some on though :-)
