I hope you will be able to move forward with surgery! They will have to be even more careful during surgery.
  11. I had surgery on the 24th of May and just like you have been the same weight for a week solid now. But my pants are fitting better. I am drinking more water and i am able to do two meals a day now ( about 3oz of soup ). I found that the more I do, the better I feel. I do get tired but i recover sooner and faster. I take less naps and if I have to rest, it is for a shorter amount of time. So I have been doing more every day. Last night I returned my scale to Walmart!! I seriously can not keep stepping on that scale anymore lol!! my mood and disposition will just die very time the same number showed up! also today, I bought some unflavored protein so I can had to my soup because I knew I was not consuming enough protein. Finally I joined the GYM!! I am trying my best to win this:)
  12. I have been using Sennakot. I take two a day and that does help.

  18. OMG funny how you posted this! my sister made chili yesterday but with ground chicken and it was good. My serving was quickly run in the blender for a few seconds but it was so good. I was only able to eat 1/2 a cup of it for lunch, and I was full until I went to bed
  19. The IV fluids is the reason for the gain. Walk as much as you can and sip your liquids! By next week things will be better
  20. I was told I could walk about a mile or as tolerated. I start Sunday and I am looking forward to it:)
  21. I met mine the day of surgery. She walked in, introduced herself, asked me the same questions that I was asked a billion times before, she wrote some stuff, scanned my chart, asked if I had a sleep study done, I said no. She did not look to happy about that but turned to the nurse and said I'm ready let's do this. I never saw her again.
  22. hang in there! keep thinking there has to be a way for you to do this!
