  5. I want to post a body shot and I will later but here are some face shots. SW at 264 to 143 and size 4.
  6. Dang, look at those abs. Great definition. Looking good!
  7. Wow, so sorry about thanksgiving. At least mashed potatoes will be ok by Xmas. I know how that feels I remember missing chewing. I am only 5, almost 6 mos but I tried to eat pizza once regular food was cleared and getting really sick. Lesson learned, I am much better at judging now.
  8. Tortilla, wraps, and wonton wrappers. I am 11 weeks out and I have had bread and it doesn't make me sick. I just make other choices since I get full really quick. I can't eat all of my protein if I have it. I would only eat a little and see how you feel.
  9. This too will pass. Just keep doing what your doing and eventually the stall will break. You could eat a little more and that may fool your body out of starvation mode. I am told stalls are your bodies way of adjusting to the change.
  10. Congrats on your loss! You have done amazing and you should be so proud. It takes a lot of guts to go on this weight loss journey but you deserve to be healthy. I don't care how much we weigh, we all are beautiful, inside and out. Don't mourn the person you were, celebrate the person you are and the even better person you will be. This journey changes us all and even if you don't lose another pound know your value and worth.
  11. Congrats, 110 lbs is an entire person! How did you do it? Amazing. I am at 11 weeks and have been losing about 2lbs a week. I know we all have our own journeys but I am so J.
  12. Wow. Amazing progress congrats!
  13. I am not sure as I personally hate all of the unflavored Proteins. I mostly drink Premier Protein or Isopure.
  14. My Docs plan introduced regular foods at week 3 chewed thoroughly. Congrats on you weight loss! Sounds like you are doing really well. I have always wondered about the variations in food progression from doctor to doctor. Good luck on your journey.
