i asked about juicing and was told not for the first 2 weeks and then after mix it half n half with water.

So make sure your not hurting yourself by drinking straight juice.

I had apple juice and grape juice in the hospital. Sounds interesting do you add protein to it?

I am not sure as I personally hate all of the unflavored Proteins. I mostly drink Premier Protein or Isopure.

I bought a juicer recently. I have given up soda completely and am looking for other liquids to drink besides Water and shakes... What have you juiced so far? Also, I have diabetes and will have to watch my blood sugars with the natural sugar that is in fruits and veggies... But will check my finger sticks regularly. :)
