wow great work im similar to u sleeved on 8/9/12 and im 6'1 was 362lbs now im 329. which brand of whey isolate did u use and how did it taste. and how much water is a lot thanks

i started soft foods yesterday i can eat to much before feeling full other people say a 1/4 cup of food and there full well i ate a lot more than that before i felt full so far this surgery is such bs maybe the surgeon didnt cut enough of the stomach out dont know what to think at this point and i was told if i eat to much i would vomit and that has not happened so disappointed

tuna fish took about 15 min to eat the can

i started soft foods today ate about 8oz and dont feel full this was a big fear of mine beginning tp think the sleeve was a waist of time

just tried soft foods for the first time how much should i be eating before feeling full

no i dont add protein i do the shakes seperate. i suppose you could add protein but how do u think it would taste

I started juicing to get my daily intake while im on a liquid diet and i feel great and i found a great mixer/blender what ever it is I saw it on TV it works fantastic! nutribullet

ive been on liquids for 2 weeks and dr said i have to be on liquids 2 more weeks anyone else deal with this. everyone else seems to be on the mushy stage after 3 weeks!

2 weeks post op today im down 30lbs but im starting not to feel full from liquids. has anyone else been on liquids for 4 weeks ive done 2 and dr told me i have another 2 to go.will i feel more full after i move to solids!
