Oh you can do it....maybe try going for a walk when the urges hit....are you haveing enough protein....I got the unjury chicken broth it is very good and holds me for 4 hrs...I will be thinking of you...wow 3 days to go for you !!!!

I cant wait to look more like my twin sister who I have always been 100 lbs heavier....Some one once came up to me and said wow I can tell your mother and daughter.... to open a drawer pull out a shirt and know it wont be pulling around my bellie... to have a lap back then i can hold my lil ones on ( i have 4 adopted lil boys) to bend over out side and weed my garden with out thinking oh lordy they must all be looking at that big butt... my list too goes on an on.....

I to had no medical reasons for needing the band other then i was very over weight..I did the 6 month dieting...and all the other test they asked for...my doctor submitted to insurance and I was approved in 2 days The doctor called me to tell me...i cryed I was so happy!!! But those 2 days were the longest i have waited in a very long time....Good Luck to everyone !!!

Well I just got my sample box of UNJURY ..I tryed the Chicken broth and it tasted very good ....90 cal/1 carb/and 21 protein !!! I will be ordering another box !

im not sure I think once you are on the 2 weeks liquid diet you ave already been approved by insurance...I could be wronge....I have been approved nd just started te 2 week drinking and I am under the 40 bmi...I was worryed about falling under it till I was approved......Good luck sounds like your doing wonderful....

I had thought I would have a last supper also....but yesterday when I left the drs office...my twin sister and I stopped at a chinese resturant and I had a very good meal...consisted of mostly veggies and fruit....and befor i went to bed last night I had some chips and salsa....Today is the start of my liquid diet...I am to be banded on Feb 22 .....Good luck to all ....we have waited long enough

hello...I am 53 yrs old and have been over weight all my adult life...Aug 5th I went for my first consult with Dr Wray and I have never been sorry I went to see her....My starting weight was 257 and as of today I am 212 . My Dr called me today to let me know my insurance has been approved for lap band !!!! It was only 5 days waiting and I was so prepared for a letter saying sorry and waiting all over again....so today is a GREAT day...Thursday I go to get my banding date I will keep you posted !!
